As we celebrated our 20th anniversary in August 2024, we decided to renew the "Master & Princess Certification Cards" to bring you into an exciting new world of experiences. Here's everything you need to know.

Mansion Key Tiers

Each visit earns you points, upgrading your key through the following levels:

• Bronze Key: First visit (current Bronze Certification Card)

• Silver Key: 5 visits (current Silver Certification Card)

• Gold Key: 50 visits (current Gold Certification Card)

• Crystal Key: 200 visits (current Crystal Certification Card)

• Platinum Key: 500 visits (current Platinum Certification Card)

• Black Key: 2000 visits (current Black Certification Card)

• Super Black Key: 5000 visits (current Super Black Certification Card)

Note: Rewards for each tier remain unchanged.

Rank-Up Celebrations

The commemorative group photo with all maids, previously held during rank-ups, will now be provided as an app coupon. This coupon can be used anytime within 3 months of your rank-up.

Key Changes👀

1. Points and Rank-Up Timing

   • Points will now be added during checkout.

   • Rank-up perks can only be used on your next visit.

2. Rank-Up Photo Coupon

   • Available for 90 days after rank-up.

   • Not valid during special service events or cosplay days.

Start Date

The new Mansion Key has launched on Tuesday, December 17, 2024. Keys issued after this date will all be Mansion Keys. Existing certification cards can still be used but will be replaced with a Mansion Key upon rank-up.

Special Notes for Black Key Holders

Mansion Key issuance for Black Keys begins on January 6, 2025. From December 17, 2024, to January 5, 2025, rank-ups will receive the existing certification card, which can be exchanged for a Mansion Key later at no additional cost.

Key Conversion Details

You can switch to a Mansion Key earlier for a fee of 200 yen (tax included) per key, according to the following schedule:

• Black Certification Card: From January 6, 2025

• Platinum Certification Card: From February 1, 2025

• Crystal Certification Card: From March 1, 2025

• Gold, Silver, Bronze Certification Cards: From April 1, 2025

For holders of the Super Black Certification Card, a new Mansion Key with the same number will be issued. We will notify you once it is ready.

Decorating Your Mansion Key

Decorations on the back of the Mansion Key will follow these updated rules from December 17, 2024:

• One maid per key for decorations.

• No decorations allowed on Bronze Mansion Keys.

• Decorations cannot be requested during special service or cosplay days.

• Decorations may be declined during busy times to prioritize service.
