We are excited to announce the renewal of the membership app for our esteemed masters and princesses, the 'at-home app'! The renewal has brought a host of new features and improvements to enhance your experience. Now available in English!
Here’s everything you can expect from the updated app. Make sure to check it out!
Please note: This is not a version update for the current app but a brand-new app that you’ll need to download. After the new app’s release, the old app will no longer be available.
Your current membership ID and password will remain valid.
What’s New in the App?
Reference screenshots are only available in Japanese. (Sorry 😞).
View Your Visit History
You’ll now be able to see a detailed record of your visits! Check the date, which maid assisted you, and even the maid you took a CHEKI with during your visit.
Note: Only visits made after the app renewal will be recorded.
Upgraded Trophy System
The long-awaited 'Collectible CHEKI' feature is here! While the existing game trophies will remain, you can now earn trophies automatically when:
Taking a CHEKI or Collectible CHEKI.
Visiting special SP event venues.
There’s no need to scan QR codes anymore! For events held outside our mansions, QR code scanning will still apply.
Introducing Badges
A brand-new 'Badge' system will reward you for meeting specific conditions, like:
Celebrating a birthday.
Visiting soon after a mansion’s opening.
Check the app to discover all the badge conditions!
Track Your Orders
You can now view your current orders and total bill directly within the app during your visit. This will gradually replace the need for maids to bring order slips to your table.
Access Official Site Information
From maid profiles and menu details to event calendars, premium maid schedules, and blogs, all official site content is now easily accessible in the app.
Notification Features
Get notified about events related to your favorite mansions or maids! Set favorites, and receive updates directly via the app.
General announcements will still be sent to all users. To disable notifications, turn off app notifications in your phone settings.
Simpler Coupon Usage
Coupons will now be automatically applied at the time of order completion. No need to manually mark them as used!
Add Sub-Cards Independently
You can now add new cards (e.g., license cards or key cards) directly through the app without requiring assistance from mansion staff.
Supports English
The app now fully supports English, ensuring a seamless experience for all our international masters and princesses. Make the most of your visits with the language of your choice!

Issues with System Integration
We are aware of some issues with the integration from the old system to the new app. Our team is working diligently to resolve these problems and ensure everything functions smoothly. We appreciate your patience and understanding and expect these issues to be resolved shortly.
Features Being Discontinued
Retired Functions
Some features from the old app will not be carried over, including:
On-Duty Maid Announcements: The 'on-duty maid' feature will be removed.
Login Bonus Calendar: This feature, active from December 2018 to December 2020, will no longer be available.
Restricted Features
Coupon Use Requires Phone Number Verification: To prevent misuse, phone number verification will now be required to redeem coupons. Once verified, you won’t need to repeat the process.
Higher Ranks Require Membership Accounts: While Bronze Key Cards are accessible without an account, upgrading to Silver requires one (as before).
Maid Shift Details for Silver Rank and Above: Only users with Silver Key Cards or higher can view maids’ shift details (unchanged from before).
Key Changes During Visits
Points and Rank Upgrades
Points will now be added automatically at checkout instead of upon entry.
Rank upgrades will also occur at checkout, with new perks available from your next visit.
CHEKI Trophy Timing
Trophies will be awarded automatically when a CHEKI order is processed. Mistakes are unlikely, but you can delete trophies manually if needed.
Coupon Redemption Process
Simply show the coupon screen in the app. The maid will process the order, and the coupon will be automatically applied.
Shared Guest Information
When placing orders, maids can view your app-registered details, including:
Your name.
Title (Master/Princess).
Birthday (month and day).
Current and highest rank.
Visit points.
Last visit date.
Ensure your name is accurately registered, as it will be used for CHEKI and drawings. You can update this information anytime.
App System Requirements
iOS
iOS 17 or later.
iPad usage is not officially supported.
Android
Android OS 11 or later.
A stable internet connection is required to use the app. It may not function in areas with poor reception.
